Rubbish, useless website dealing with Boots online is like pulling teeth. Most OOS or will be by the time you navigate through the site to eventually get to he basket.

Totally agree, and this isn’t a new issue, by any means. This issue with the website has been going on for literally about 3+ years; it’s not remotely user-friendly, pages take ages to load, put items in your basket and it deletes them etc! I’ve not used Boots for about 18 months at all because of a) they’re awful customer service and b ) this!

Horrendous website HAVENT been able
to order anything from there for over a year put everything in the basket eventually get to the payment page pay and then apparently it fails the validation checks ! Unbelievably silly website !
