I'd personally pay £20 extra and get a brand new one from Argos.

At least you know the battery/charge port won't have been abused on it.

Updates are poor on this phone. Still stuck on Android 11 even though Android 13 is out.

On a positive note it's a good phone for the money. Has OLED screen and a brilliant long lasting 5000mah battery. (edited)

The g31 has better processer, I have a tablet with same CPU as the g22 and it's a laggy mess, g31 is far better.

The phone itself is fine but I wouldn't buy used at this price. Pay slightly more for a brand new one

I've had Moto's now for over 14 years currently G200. I do love them especially the android and fairly regular updates, best camera for your buck but beware the charging port.... last 4 phones had to send off for repair under warranty as they become very loose

Isn't there the possibility that this phone will stop getting security patches at the end of this year (not sure its clear yet whether it is on the 2 or 3 year security patch timeframe)?

Although that wouldn't necessarily put me off a budget phone at this price.

Recent Android 12 update basically ruined the usability of this phone, unfortunately.
