They don't mention anything about minimum battery health but it can be returned if not acceptable to you. This price is only for 64gb though which is a shame.
What’s the deal with the batteries etc on these phones do they have a minimum ‘wear level’ on the battery? My iPhone has quite a degraded battery & may make sense to upgrade to something like this soon.
I've ordered the 13 Pro like new from GiffGaff, it was in great condition, but the faceid was not working properly and I returned it. So I'm not very confident in buying another one from them.
Anyone buy one of these and can comment on condition? I've tried two, condition is very good but each has one tiny mark on the screen. I think I'll get over it for the price, but I'm curious if anyone has got one that is genuinely 'like new'?
How do you measure battery health please ? Got one today "good condition" but won't have time to set it up for next few days. Curious what's in store for me.
Mine arrived today. Battery health 89%. Not perfect by any stretch but good enough to see me through the next year.
I don’t trust the cheap batteries. Have an old iPhone 6s and batteries seem to go from 80% health to completely dead in a matter of weeks.
Do I have to buy goody bag to get this please? Just in the checkout and there is an option not to purchase goodybag I think... Probably I logged in with the account that I used previously to purchase refurbished phone.
No worries it seems to be the way my luck is going latel
Ah I see..apologies.
The CPW deal has expired now it seems.
Tried cpw for an iphone 12 it will only give me £1 for my trade in how did you get £100
Don't buy this, imo. CPW sell brand new iPhone 12 for £629. You get a guaranteed £100 trade in for any phone, so find an old one, friends family eBay etc. So £529 for new. The iPhone 13 mini is the same price too, arguably a better deal.
Ordered 512gb as its nearly a third cheaper compared to Apple new price. Mine was new and the iPhone wasn't even registered, so a full warranty with Apple
Did it came with apple boxed? Thanks
I ordered a 512gb 13 pro graphite one of these Thursday night 9pm and it arrived Friday 2pm. Very impressed at delivery and the phone is genuinely as new. Not a mark on it. 100% battery health and 9 months apple warranty showing. TcB tracked too So far very chuffed, although switching back to ios from android proving difficult transferring everything. Move to ios didn't work initially im going to try resetting again. Difficult moving back to ios I must admit (currently still mate 20 pro) but it's been calling out to me for a while for some reason. I do agree, 820 for a "not 100% new" phone is madness but that's just the way things are now. I'm happy knowing I've saved 400 quid vs a new one from apple. Iphones hold their value well so should be OK over the 4 or so years I'll keep it.
Great stuff, they have now rejected my return for 'back cover damage'... the whole reason I returned the thing! Only took them 8 days to tell me that. I even told an agent it was damaged and couldn't find the correct return option on their website; i'd probably avoid GiffGaffes refurbs (annoyed)
Thanks for posting. That is so poor to send a phone (like new) out like that. Crossed this retailer off my list. Good luck with the refund.Sorry to go off topic but has anyone ordered a refurb mobile from Clove Technology? Any issues? Just do not see many refurb deals at all posted from Clove.
I don't think any are tested. Like new? My a**e!
Yep! Wanted to try it out with the battery life, so ordered the other day, arrived with the back slightly ajar where the tape holds it on; (maybe stupidly) didn't think much of it and charged it up as wanted to try it out before I returned it anyway... now I have a lithium battery balloon sitting in an ammunition tin :|
Really disappointed. I took the plunge and received mine an hour ago with a faulty cover screen. Anyone else receive a faulty one?
Yep they look legit. My first one the lens surround was the same height at the lense themselves. I ordered another - and send the first back. My second one (pro max, blue, 256), looks perfect. Huge saving and nearly 10 months Apple warranty

I went for the 256gb Pro Max in Blue, here’s a couple of pics to show the lenses.. You think mine is legit?
I raised a ticket via their website. Using my member login, requested a refund and they did that on the day. Hope that helps :)
Did you ask them using the chat feature on their website?

The sort of cream that should sort that right out. If not it might just burn a little more.
What sort of cream cause I've got this burning itch and I need something to soothe it.
You can get cream from Very fot £523 band new if you use credit and first time order plus get decent trade on old phone https://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/samsung-galaxy-z-flip-3-5g-256gb-cream-ps65299-at-very-3919329
256GB available for an extra £100. Definitely the one to go for since Samsung have done away with removable storage (annoyed)
No - I am not working for HUKD. this place is very addictive and hence I am here a lot! Thank you :)
