    Silly question alert…are the bands that are badged as 42/44mm less wide than a stock series 8 45mm band?

    I’m trying to ascertain if those bands are smaller than a 45mm Series 8 original band. If so, do they look odd in comparison?

    You can. I bought about 9 when I got my watch in excitement. But guess what. You can tell in quality after a few weeks of wearing them.

    I just received one. It is fake. It only fits one way round (doesn’t lock in the other way round) and has a little “41mm” badge on it which official ones don’t. Can’t be bothered to return it but will never shop at this place again. (edited)

    Postie just delivered one I ordered from them the other day. Came in a clear plastic bag which seems a bit sus, looks genuine though when compared to my others. The last two I bought from them came in a retail box.

    I got a navy blue one previous that also came in a generic bag. It did look dodgy but when I compared it with official and fake bands I have, it clearly feels like an official one so that's good enough for me!

    Be aware some of these come back not in original packaging. Mine ordered the other day from 13.98 arrived this morning in clear plastic bag. May be checking now that one said in brackets bulk
