    Their suggested dosage is to take three capsules a day, so it is only really a two month supply as opposed to six.

    Or just buy some fresh turmeric (root)? OK, more of a hassle, but just cut a bit, crush, boil with milk and drink. Unlike this highly processed (my assumption) tablet ... Anyway, not voting, obviously.

    Absolute waste of money. Standard tumeric powder is around 5% curcumin. It's suggested to take 500mg curcumin 2-3 times a day. This product per 3 capsules is nearly 2,000mg tumeric powder, which would be 100mg curcumin.

    Look at the products on amazon that are 95% extracts with piperine. (edited)
