I like toasted pine nuts on salads but they're always horrifically expensive! The cheapest I've found to date are the Aldi ones which at are £1.49 for 60 grams.
This morning I went into Grape Tree (in Buxton, Derbyshire) for the first time & found they were selling pine nuts for £2.00 for 100 grams, so I bought a couple of packets. The sell-by date was end 2024 so they're good to go. The shelf sticker was properly printed so this could be a national in-store thing but it's not showing this price online.
I have a photo of my receipt which I'll attach it the mods let this through.
