Summary:
Two meals with drinks for £25 at revolution. An R cocktail is £6 during happy hour (Happy hours 2 for £12 on R-Heart Cocktails) so effectively, £25-£12 = £13 for two burger meals or two pizzas = £6.50 each!
£12.50 per person for central london (Leadenhall which is near bank is included for example!) is pretty decent.
Only downside really is the booking option: It says phone them up or email.
Now, there is no email given from what I can see, so that option is out.
So you will need to be willing to phone them up...

Main competition deal imo is the lunchtime deal:
Every Monday - Friday, 'til 5pm, choose a sandwich, wrap or salad and add a soft or hot drink for just £8.50 Feeling fries? Add them for £1. For those looking for a lunch time tipple (we won’t tell). You can swap your drink for an alcoholic bev for just £2!
This means you can go for almost an equivalent for £8.50 + £1 + £2 = £11.50
Although I suspect a burger costs more than a sandwich, wrap or salad.
