True Parking Mode
Thanks to the Halo’s Parking Mode (hardwiring kit required) your vehicle is protected when you're away or parked up. Turn your ignition off and the Halo Pro will automatically enter Parking Mode. If the G Sensor detects an event or movement, the Halo will resume normal recording.

So it depends what you want really, do you want to keep checking every time someone drives slightly wrong near you?
I'm a plug in and forget type, it's running all the time and if the worst happens then it's recorded I can fiddle about with the app(it's not that bad) or pop the card out and into my tablet and everything is there to see, simples!
