Scorching hot for me. Reserved the tiny red ride-on mercedes for £20 (£18 after code) and was presented with a huge box. The East European bloke on checkout seened slightly puzzled that I only paid £18. Made a quick exit after payment as i've been mistakenly reserved the electric white ML350 that's £105 from £140. Its was bosch ones The aero type i think there called (the ones with the integrated spoiler) And like i said it was a local motor factors, a little family place thats been there for ages, the old bloke (looked 60ish) even offered to fit them for me fir free but i told him id sort it my self seen as it was raining

They're 6 and 9 and both excellent on their scooters but they would opt for whichever scooter looks good - I'm after one with a decent spec, if I can narrow that search down for them it will help. They have both recently mentioned getting new scooters and I was shocked to find they a priced from £50 to £300+. Crazy!! Any advice would be appreciated

How old are your kids? In my experience you should ask them which they like, scooters are a minefield and an expensive one at that

Can anyone recommend a good scooter using this deal? I will get further discount through my British Cycling membership and through my employers. My 2 sons have both had a 'Stunted Kids XT Stunt Scooter' since early 2015 (looks like Item: 1495543204497 on Halfords site) which I would like to upgrade. I have no clue about scooters, no idea what to look for and what presents value for money.

Yep! Industrial Bundle (top chest and roll cab) was £350 the other day. Now £400 so really it's only £10 off. It's only really a deal if you can get the bundle for £300 (the trade card price).

So what do they do as this "£35s worth of freebie"? Looking on their website it seems they pop some Redex (or similar) into the tank and check tyre pressures and brakes. So wouldn't they be checking tyres and brakes as part of the service anyway? In short, they're offering to bung some fuel additive in your car "for free". Yeehaw!
