    Just replaced a Dyson with one of these. A billion times better. It actually sucks up pet hair, unlike the Dyson. I'll never touch Dyson again.

    We got a shark vacuum a couple of years ago after yet another Dyson died. Honestly the best vacuum we have ever owned. Best suction especially for pet hair, and all the well designed features just make it really easy to use. Especially the ones that allow you to unclip the dust bucket so you can hoover the stairs more easily.

    Agree regarding upgrade over Dyson

    One thing I'm always frustrated about with vacuums is how hard it is to compare suction performance...is there a standardised measure these days??

    Got this equivalent about 5 years back and curious to know if the new ones are significantly better re the above.
