Beware Roam SL also doesn't have the automatic TruePlay function as it lacks a microphone.

EDIT: As far as I know it's also not possible to do manual TruePlay the way it's done on Sonos One SL. (edited)

Well I've owned Samsung, jbl, klipsch, Sony.... The list goes on and can hand on heart say sonos the best package all round. You pay for the privilege, but quality costs

I have one and its awful..... Not a bluetooth speaker as you might think. Read the reviews on amazon. I have Sonos all through my house. They did the dirty regarding their upgrades and forced me to buy a new Sonos 5 to keep my system running. Shame on you Sonos. Great sound quality but big flaws. It's as though a bunch of primary school kids (no disrespect to them, I have a few myself!) work behind the scenes.

Why is it awful? I have one and it works perfectly. What are your issues with it?

Sonos never forced you to upgrade. After 10 years they simply stopped supporting the speakers. Seems reasonable to me. I could barely get any help with my Samsung R3s after 20 months of ownership, when Samsung stopped supporting the app. Sonos are not perfect in any way, cost a premium, but point me towards something that comes close to its functionality and price point?

Ordered last night but during checkout was told there was a problem. Still took payment but no email confirmation, etc. Rung them this morning and was told they don't have a record of my order and that the payment "should bounce back in a couple of hours"

First time I've "ordered" from them (or not as it looks!") does not give me confidence in them or there system!.

Now OOS!
