Packaged with a super-slim subwoofer, the Q Acoustics 7000i 5.1 Slim is the sleekest Q Acoustics home cinema speaker package to date.

Still putting sound quality first
Having won many accolades for its sound quality, the latest version of the 7000i 5.1 speaker pack continues to put sound first. At the heart of the system are top quality satellite speakers. Unlike other small satellite speakers, the 7000i's satellite speakers are good enough to be used as qualitysmall speakers in their own right. The woofers use lightweight cones with ultra-long throw to give a crisp, dynamic sound. The 'Ring Radiator' treble units help give the 7000i a broad and detailed sound combined with effortless refinement.

The slimmest subwoofer
With a depth of just 15cm, this is the slimmest subwoofer that Q Acoustics have ever produced. This narrow depth makes it perfect for tighter spots in the room where other subs won’t go. Behind the sofa, next to a chair or cabinet in thcorner or even behind the TV cabinet – a super-slim subwoofer opens up many more positioning options.

Still with powerful bass
It might be slim but this doesn’t mean the 7000i Slim gives anything but a full-bodied bass. A dedicated 150 watt amplifier drives a 200mm bass woofer for deep, powerful bass – right the way down to 35Hz. Way deeper than any TV or soundbar can go, this gives the 7000i 5.1 the true feeling of cinema sound.

Sleek style
Not content with being amongst the best-sounding speaker systems in its class, the Q Acoustics 7000i is still one of the best-looking, too. Smooth, lozenge-shaped speakers make a refreshing break from the usual intrusive boxes.Built-in stands also make them easy to place. Rather hang 'em? No problem! The same stands also double as neat and effective ceiling or wall mounts.

Get the sound of the cinema, without compromising on style, with the Q Acoustics 7000i 5.1 Slim.

I've had the 7000, non i version, for years and I think they sound fantastic. They've been a great way to get an impressive surround setup in a smaller space (i.e. London flat sitting room). I bought them second hand 5 years, so cheaper than this, but have had zero issues with them. They also work well for music and the included stands are great for mounting on the wall or placing on a shelf and angling as needed.

Have these in a 5.1.4 setup. Pretty good for what I paid.

Same and I used matching QA in ceiling speakers. So much better with Atmos now.

I found them a pain to mount. One was flopping and the only answer was to tighten further and then it snapped. It has been on the side disconnected ever since.

I have these and they are excellent for a medium size to large room.
I use a different sub but the results in a 5.1.4 are amazing for the money.
Just make sure you pair them with a good mid range amp/receiver.

    Denon 1700x a good match?

I think you can get them in white as well with the same code.

I was thinking of upgrading my old KEF 2005 eggs but general consensus on AVForums appears to be that its more of a sideways step or minor upgrade. But voted hot anyway - thanks

I tried white with the code but it wasn't valid. Shame because I've been after these for a while but not at the higher prices!

New to this. Can you add another sub for extra punch?

Depends if your receiver has two sub outputs.

Decent price. Paid £650 a few years ago from Peter Tyson but they had an offer on with a free pair of speakers making it a 7.1 kit. I love mine, sounds amazing even using Plex and AAC audio.

I saw a review above saying it doesn’t have Dolby atmos. Is this a bother for you?

I have some old KEF egg speakers - worth switching to these?
