    good timing, finsihed of a bag last night making a couple of marmallow nutella cookie ice cream dishes, Stuck in the microwave for a 20 seconds, they're messy but taste nice for a little cheat sweet after a had weekend.... ok don't need a reason but it helps ease the guilty feeling

    Is glucose-fructose syrup just a rebranded corn syrup that’s highly ‘popular’ in US? (Funny enough when I typed first p in popular, my phone suggested a word ‘poisonous’ )

    GFS has a lower fructose content ( < 50%) and can be made from wheat
