Sports direct have always done this its a rip off.they get that extra £5 pound out of you.and if you return them they give you a refund ticket but you have too spend it in sports direct.so they make sure you spend it in sports direct

Can’t charge for collections, it’s outrageous, certainly this shouldn’t be legal, they are forcing you to buy the delivery..

It is sports direct! Surprised they don't charge you for using their website too.

But I have bought most of my trainers from them for the last 10-15 years.

I have black ones from Amazon for the similar price ( free delivery ) - very comfortable and definitely worth at the price above. Obviously not like £100 + trainers but defo worth more than £20 mark. Ideally for GYM users (edited)

Good because they are part of the worst group of companies around. Stay away.

I avoid sports direct if i can. Delivery price is a rip off plus there return policy is an absolute joke. Not to mention how the treat their staff.
