This package is normally £825 including pedals and dropper post (£650 without the extras).

This is currently £499 in the sale with a 10% code plus free shipping!

Vitus is owned by Wiggle/CRC, same as Nukeproof which is probably why it has Nukeproof equipment with it.

The VRS model is also worth looking at if you have the budget, £540 for same package as this.

It's already time for another N+1 now then!!

Share a picture when it arrives if you don't mind? I absolutely love the look of it but I thought 3 bikes was enough then bought more!

    It looks rapid.

I bought Vitus Nucleus VRS for my son. Only brakes are a let down, but apart from that great bike. I would suggest to add some £ and stretch to VRS.

    Meh.....

Silly children's wheels, no name derailleur with not enough range, low end brakes.

    On the money at best.

I agree it's a bit meh and about right in pricing as things have come down a lot recently. The derailleur is named though, its made by Box.

Personally, I am not their biggest fan as they often have awkward cable routing and plastic components. But their customer service and warranty is excellent.

Fixies are great although tbh I use mine more as single speed as there are some pretty serious hills I go up and down and end up like roadrunner on the downside
In the rain and dirt they’re fantastic, no derailleur or much to worry about, just a quick hose down and good to go, the Fuji is a great looker too, you’re right 49634522-r3t3M.jpg

That's a thing of beauty! Retro. No idea how you go downhill on a fixie though, I don't think I'm brave enough

Bought the 29er last year, really didn’t like it, felt very clunky and heavy, but maybe I’m more of a roadie. Must add, crc refunded no problem, just had to pay courier.

Agree. If you're used to road/hybrid any MTB will feel slow. I love my mountain bikes but none of them are anywhere near as fast as my bikes with 700c tyres at 85psi. My MTBs have fat knobbly tyres with lots of rolling resistance.

What did you get instead? Did you find anything decent? (edited)
