Vodafone 100Mb broadband + £130 Voucher + £37 Quidco - £27pm /24m - £648 (£20.05 effec /£17.05 existing mobile cust) @ Giftcloud / Vodafone

Ive had nothing but issues since I joined and they’re completely incompetent. The network has been decent. Just depends if you have to contact them for any particular reason. Even the basic issue is hard work for them. Ive also had 3 price increases in a year. I’m going to be leaving in June at the end of my term.

I had issues porting landline number and required multiple contacts to resolve - I just kept a log of contacts/time taken. When you complain just say it’s 4,5 hours of my time etc then agree your hourly rate! (I went for minimum wage but was happy with a decent credit)

I used to have Vodafone broadband over 3 family homes. It worked fine for a while and then all of a sudden for months, at 5pm it would drop to crawling speed at all there houses in three separate counties. Their support is the worst ever. Ended up with months or arguments with them and eventually the directors office cancelled the 3 contracts without charge. Vodafone are an absolute shambles and I feel sorry for anyone who signs up to them. I wouldn't use Vodafone is they paid me...

are you able to get the voucher and use quidco for these?
