Great. And the Ultra version is available too (just bought a Warehouse one for £40 more, gonna return): westerndigital.com/en-…ied

Anyone got an opinion if the Ultra is worth the extra ~£10? USB-C alone sells it for me.

I may bite on that one too. I’d presume USB C would be faster

Does anyone know what is the difference between WD Elements and Elements SE in terms of performance etc. SE seems slightly thicker and a tiny bit more expensive. (edited)

Am I right in thinking the 5TB will be a Segate 2.5" 25mm SATA drive inside?

I'm an idiot. This will clearly be a WD drive, not Seagate.

My 5TB drive has arrived. I'm just hoping that it's all ok as the delivery driver chucked it on the floor when delivering it.

All seems ok with it so far. Took 14+ hours to format & have transferred 800GB so far without any noticeable issues.

stupid question, but how do you actually buy from WD? It shows me the price, but there is no buy now button, just find retailers and cannot figure out for the life of me on how to buy :/

Has anyone received their order? I placed an order and then got an email from WD saying my order has been delayed - now every time I try to check the status - the website says they are down. Very odd.
