Amazon US

Hoping someone may be able to help? The wife wants to buy something from Amazon (material), it will come from US, sold by Amazon etc.
Will we have to pay import fees, vat, etc, or the price as seen £75?

Really appreciate any help.

I've ordered a few things from Amazon US, and all fees were included in the final price at checkout -- no surprises or extra costs

Thank you, that will put her mind at rest…..she tells me it says “sold by Amazon, delivered by Amazon”  but I’m not sure of import rules myself.

you are fine, Amazon sort everything out themselves for you.
The price will be at checkout with fees and postage cost.
Also you are less than £135 anyways. (edited)

Final price will include all fees, it tells you while browsing and gives breakdown at the checkout.
Sometimes, after few weeks you might even get 20p (etc) refund as they over estimate import fees.

All non UK Amazon websites include everything. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery, even if it is more than £135.
