Availability of Duratool 18v Batteries.

I posted a deal on here late last year for a selection of Duratool cordless tools from CPC Farnell at a bargain price, the only downside as I thought being that only 1 x 2Ah battery was supplied with it. I bought a set for my son-in-law thinking I would get a further battery at a later date, as they were OOS at the time. I've had an email from CPC this morning to say the batteries will no longer be stocked by them. I haven't found any elsewhere.
My reason for this post is two-fold, one to apologise to those who were drawn to purchase the kit because of my post, and secondly to ask if anyone knows if any other brands of battery fit the Duratool 18v range?
