Cashback declined from TCB, tried to claim but no such purchase

So I purchased travel insurance for my mother in October for a trip that she was taking that same month.
TopCashback were doing a 20% cash back deal on MoneySupermarket so I ordered it via them. it initially tracked at zero until yesterday, 10th may, showing as the correct price of 20% but declined by the retailer.

I tried to lodge a claim for denied cashback but it is saying it can’t continue because my purchase was over 180 days ago.
When I try to submit a support ticket I cannot continue because there are “no transactions found for selected merchant”.

I have screenshots of TCB saying they’ve recorded my visit and I have proof of purchase for the order, which was not cancelled. What can I do next?

    Always found it weird that MSM are on TCB when they own TCB's main competitor. It must be tempting to decline transactions at random to make TCB look worse.
