eBay: your payouts are on hold?

Just sold an item on eBay, buyer paid but I got this email ‘your payouts are on hold’ basically asking me to update my bank account details although they are all up to date?
Tried looking through eBay help but not very helpful, is this legit?
Checked in my eBay messages and the same messsage in there so seems to be from eBay, bit confused, don’t know whether to send the item, says payment confirmed?

I had this quite some time back. They said they would pay a small amount of money, think it was 1p in to my bank account. I then had to confirm the reference number that was on my bank account relating to the payment. Once I did that funds were released.
Have they told you what you need to do to get money released?
Sounds like a similar thing. I have sold on eBay for 24 years but they still withheld my money until I confirmed bank account. (edited)

Thanks, they just asked me to update my payment details although they were all up to date, seems to have gone through, but now have to wait for them to verify it?
