Seems to be the cheapest this special edition has gone for. Hope it helps someone out.

sorted byI think the problem is it's not really "special"
You were paying £20 extra for a few stickers and a steel book :/
It's a hack n slash/button masher like God of War or Devil May Cry.
I grabbed it for £35 in the Tesco deal. Have no idea why anyone would pay a premium for some cardboard and a tin case.
Non-Stop Climax Edition. No, I don't know why either.
Wow i was expecting this to be the first comment on this. It took someone long enough
Oh sorry im not denying it or anything as it does seem to be true. Sorry i was just surprised it took this long.
Exactly, the Fire Emblem Warriors Special Edition (despite me picking it up on release for £56 which I'm still happy with seeing as the lowest it went was £42 a few months in) was the same, all it had was a soundtrack and art cards but it was supposed to retail at 69.99 like Bayonetta.
It went to 30 quid delivered on the German Amazon! I managed to still not bother with it as I have too large a backlog haha
When Bayonetta 2 released, the First Print edition had a collector's box, both games on disc format (Bayonetta 1 was digital otherwise) and a small art book and released for £59.99. Bear in mind this was for a brand new game too.
This Switch special edition has both games on carts, a steel book and stickers, and released for £69.99. And Bayonetta 2 is three years old at this point.
I found it baffling that the original deals for that edition got so much heat on here, the price was and still is at £54.99 ridiculous!
Oh yeah, I remember that! Well £42 UK price then!
Guess it backs my point up even further then!
But why did you pay £45 when everywhere had it for £40 and £35 with code
I find it happens with a lot of CE these days, Blizzard in particular is a big culprit. Few years ago physical CE's for all their franchises were £50, now with less and less content? £70. Someone is really making a bank on the things but hey this is why you hawk for good prices and discount codes.
(I say this with Blizzard CE's and both First Print and the Bayonetta Switch glitzy edition granted)
Short of finding someone who has imported it and pointing a gun at them, no. You are looking at 130 quid +. It was - briefly - available for 80 quid (or thereabouts) but they all went and the prices went up.
Don’t remind me about that one......
I had a bunch of credit with Grainger that needed using.
Got two different editions on WiiU, all games on the discs so give this one a miss.
Maybe later for 15-20£ for Bayo two on the go but rather play on WiiU and buy Bayo 3 instead
Worth buying when somebody hasn't played it yet but not for me at the moment. (edited)
For new releases such as this they're typically fine.
My 'Absolutely nothing like New' copy of Axiom Verge just arrived in the post this morning
TBF, in theory, I agree with Illusionary that I'd probably trust them slightly more with newly released stuff. Was just frustrated again.
