    Link to bio production

You can produce more than the 2,500 litres but you then have to pay the duty. You're obliged to keep record of hi much you're putting into your vehicle. (edited)

How well is this going to work in my 10 year old diesel?

Cheaper than diesel. Just put in whichever additive it needs to make it run...!

The exhaust fumes smell loads better than diesel. It's also much better for the engine, and more importantly the environment!

I would mix mine 50/50 with normal diesel. Of course I wouldn't really. That would be a serious criminal offence.

Sadly my landrover is a petrol, I've had diesels before and ran them on 75-80% veg in the summer but in the winter needed to drop it down to 50%

It wouldn't be a criminal offence....you can legally run on bio/veg oil up to 2,500 litres per year without paying duty.

Avoid the KTC extended-life oil if that's what it is. Hydrogenated crap that's strongly implicated in heart disease. If it's the normal vegetable oil then it's a good deal (assuming you have a garage to store it all)

Many thanks thanks for the information trebor127!

Is it costly to set a system up, if you don't mind me asking?
