    Avoid seed oils

    Seed oils are toxic and cause lots of damage to metabolic processes. Even cold pressed. Avoid at all costs. Cook with grass fed organic tallow or ghee, way less prone to oxidation and much healthier. (edited)

    Always use cold pressed oil 🛢️. Refined oil heat damaged and contains Acrylamides, poisonous solvents like hexane and anti foaming agents . Most of these are foreign oils with profit motive not purity . (edited)

    For those wondering about the quality of this product, this probably could be disguised Crisp 'n Go/Flora or of lesser quality of the same as they all are from the same parent company
