    Easier said than done. The Radiation is still there even if you don't use it. All the radio , telephone, mobile , satellite , internet frequencies still being used around you . You have to live in Faraday cage to escape it . Even tube lights , microwave, neighborhood television produce their own frequency so you cannot run away . Ethernet is also not perfect as signal leakage happens . (edited)

    You router is only WiFi 6 not WiFi 6 E with new 6GHz band . WiFi 6E routers start with AXE in the name . (edited)

    I currently have a mesh network that doesn't play with Sonos so ideally want one centrally located device

    Can i ask if I have a mesh network with Asus routers that are only WiFi 6 and I purchase this,will I still be able to use the capabilities of this device by attaching devices that are wifi 6e compatible directly in the mesh?

    It works with Aimesh . So will work theoretically. But WiFi 6 E can free up backhaul with 6GHz band which won't be available so no advantage of adding this over only WiFi 6 devices unless you ultimately want to replace all of them . (edited)
