Voted hot, but I'm sure there is a small print somewhere, I can't see them replacing the screens for expensive phones under this plan. Wife needed the Pixel replacement and iSmash did it for £90. Apparently genuine Google screen. For my S21, the screen was £250-300, lucky my screen is fine. This plan is great if it covers all phones.

From what I read, I think you need to go in store to activate it. They will definitely want to see your phone before starting the plan, otherwise I can't see why you have to activate in store. (edited)

They do otterbox cases. So I highly doubt it.

I know someone's phone smashing the screen in the corner despite having a tempered glass screen after it hit a wooden floor.
Most cases offer no protection to the front, the screen/screen protector sticks out over the edge of the case

No not with ismash as it states on their website aswell.
Replaced a friend's Google Pixel 5 screen there and almost immediately got scratches on it before we could get a screen protector delivered, even with a thick case on. Almost certainly not the original gorilla glass screen part that would prevent that.

They don’t do original parts and screens. We all know that apple won’t sell spare parts to anyone in the world let alone a phone shop in the UK.

They are authorised by apple for Genuine Apple screens but they have to do them at same price as apple but you get Aftermarket screen with this deal.

Save time, money, heartache with a £3.69 case with bumpers/corners that stick out at least 1mm or more from the screen so the screen/screen protector never impacts the floor
