    How is the following classed as “good”

    Noticeable wear and tear. Might have marks on the body and screen. But they run beautifully.

    They should change the grade to “rubbish” (edited)

    I got this phone from giffgaff if good condition. There was one tiny scratch on the screen protector and the rest of it was immaculate. I was delighted!

    Not a bad deal, however now these folds have been on the market awhile, I've found most these do get a noticable bump/mark where the display folds that gets worse with use.
    Not trying to out people off, but please be cautious and know what to expect with these.

    Yes, am wary of the Fold phones for this reason. GiffGaff should be fine, as long as they don't call it 'user damage' if there is an issue...
