What does manual mean in this context? It has turn dial operational menu rather than an electronic touch pad?

My guess is this is a rebadged/remodelled Russell Hobbs, probably the RHM1727RG so seems like good value for money. (edited)

I've got a 700w at my parents home currently (not this model but a different George model) and it heats food fine.

Heats food fine but its exactly what you pay for, no singing or dancing from this basic microvave.
