What size are the bags, small or big?

They'll be 2.9g, as opposed to the more traditional 3.125g.

PG changed their bag weight a number of years ago now. It was done to reduce cost for them and benefitted their margin rather than any consumers.

    Thanks.

Did check before posting and from what I can see last posted 3 months ago so I'm suspecting many many thousands of new users will have signed up since then so good for them to see instead of being buried in with many thousands of other deals. It's a great offer so as many people who see it as possible and save money on their cuppa the better in my book (edited)

Well I used to be a PG Tips drinker for donkey's years, but found that in the last few years the quality has gone downhill big time, so I switched to Yorkshire Tea and never looked back. But for this price, I'm tempted to give them another chance as Yorkshire Tea is like £5 for a 210 bag box, which is just not justifiable these days...

Even at £5 for 210, that's less than 2.4p per cup; what other drink can you make in the UK where the ingredients cost you less than 2.4p?

Chasing a price point rather than quality is the main reason that typical mainstream tea quality in the UK has declined. Customers sadly aren't as discerning as they once were and the major brands, as well as some own label, has dragged down the standard.

Not to be a tea snob, but for the sake of a few pence a cup, you could have something decent, like M&S Gold or if you can't get to an M&S, standard Yorkshire is still better than PG.

The bags are as weak as single ply tissue, one squeeze and the fall apart
