It won't be £12 per month come April.

13% inc with o2 - best to wait until then to take a new 12 month deal

Terrible Terrible reception. I have got a 12 months deal and currently into my second month. Anyone know how I can cancel with minimum cost/charge? Thanks

Find a cheap 1-month contract in O2 app and switch to it near the date of your billing cycle by logging in as a current customer. When everything is up, just get a PAC and switch to a better network. That's how I got rid of them. Although I had to pay £20ish for leaving early cos their cheapest rubbish 1-month contract was £20 and they charged me the max amount. Never looked back and became O2 basher

I’ve found a useful website so shows cell speed by provider so you can see which is best in your local area mastdata.com/res…814

Thanks. Heads up that it doesn't seem to be fully accurate and probably uses crowd sourced data. I realised this because most of Reading is 5G for Three, but the website is only showing 4G. And surprisingly it is doing so for all networks.

Do not bother with it, the network is absolutely rubbish. Poor signal and data issues galore. This is due to network infrastructure and too many people on their network.

o2 signal completely fine for me and has been for the last 7 years. Depends where you live and the infrastructure around you.

And if you don't care about having slow data speeds.

Data roaming in 27 countries outside the EU, travel inclusive zone can be added on as a O2 extra;) not the usual £6 a day

Is this for 6 months like the Disney+ extra?

Same issue as with the £8 per month deal from the other day -> the offer does not work if you are on an existing contract with O2 (getting the “orderNotAllowed” error upon logging in).

UPDATE on 2023-03-03: I contacted customer support, and they did honour the deal, just had to put it through on their end. (edited)

Same here just been on chat today and swapped to the 50GB £12. Yes before the price increase as I'm sure after March all the prices will increase anyway.

But you can get unlimited for £14? 🤷

Currently on O2 sim only contract (free to leave now). Can I keep my number with this new contract?

I get full bars of signal but internet is very slow, takes 10 seconds for a Google search.
If you don't need the best responsiveness or speed, it seems decent
