sorted byTried go get an e-sim on 789 from my new Virgin number. "Joyce", from Hindustan, said Virgin no longer offer an e-sim. Tried to get me on an expensive O2 contract. Requested cancellation within the 14 days, but I think they just took it as a contract termination.

We've got your request to cancel your Virgin Mobile contract. Everything's sorted.
We've cancelled your contract as requested. Your One month Rolling Contract has ended but a 1-month notice period still applies, so you'll pay £0. on your next bill to cover the rest of your notice period to 07/06/2023 - 07/07/2023.
Any usage outside of your allowance will be charged at standard network rates.
