I've bought this and returned it within few weeks as it wasnt good enough for heating up a small room. Thermostat on them is really strange.

Identical except for 5 fin and color as Dunelm 650 watt for £18 that came this morning.

Just checked the negative reviews of the one you bought and it is very very poor, someone saying they live in a small terrace and had it in one room and the heat was very poor so they returned it (NOTE I'M NOT ON ABOUT THE ONE THE OP POSTED)

This looks like a rebranded version of one that i have... if you leave it on 24/7 you can keep a small childrens bedroom warm, but only just...

As others have said, these are absolutely useless. Have got one, the thermostat turns it off all the time and does not manage to heat a very very small room at all. My EPC rating is C which is not the best but not the worst either.

In contrast , around 2 years ago I bought a different 700w oil radiator with a much larger surface . That one does that trick but unfortunately is not sold any more.

This is 800W, that's not a lot of heat. For example a decent hairdryer or fan heater is 3000W. It will raise the temp in a small room by a couple of degrees at most.

I’ve got this and you need to be realistic about the room size. If the room you have have has a large radiator which usually does the trick, this will never replace that no matter how hot it gets i use this just to take the chill off the room and for the kids rooms and it works so they can have a warm room at night.

If this is for direct heat like under a closed back desk sure. If not don't bother. Notice the dimensions...
