    I'm having trouble with my serial number which the application form states is wrong. I am copying the number exactly from the subwoofer where it states S/N. If anyone could help me I would be really grateful.

    I used the SN off the soundbar and not the subwoofer. I wonder if that makes a difference

    Received and set mine up today, I'm massively impressed so far and I'm not a samsung fan usually. Has been working flawlessly hard wired to my Sony oled tv. Sound is as good if not better (especially in clarity) compared to my sonos beam/sub gen 3.
    An absolute bargain with the cashback.

    Decided to keep mine. Too good a bargain to turn down. It might not get on well with the living room TV but seems fine with the bedroom one.

    Edit:- think I've found a workaround for the HDMI issues I was seeing. When the TV displays the error message I was getting (communication failure), cycling the input on the soundbar back to HDMI/ARC causes the TV to switch back to outputting via the soundbar rather than it's speakers and it's fine from then on. So not a fix but easy enough that it's really not a problem, especially at the bargain price. (edited)

    Bought a Yamaha MusicCast Bar 40 last week to replace my 5.1.2 system. It's ok and I like the 'clean' look of the living room now, but I've been missing the 'height' of Atmos. So I've bought this...

    Gutted, I've got to return mine.

    Like another poster, I'm getting HDMI CEC issues with my Sony TV (XF9005) which I can't resolve.

    Such a pity as that aside it's a truly cracking but if kit. Tidal Connect was a nice little surprise.

    But... if it can't do it's principle job it's of no use to me.

    Have to say, AO were great to deal with. Was expecting a bit of a fight as I guess it's not really a fault, just incompatibility. However they agreed to collect free of charge once I explained what was happening. (edited)

    I bought one with idea of connecting to my pc. But now after some research can't see any viable solution for outputing audio only into it.

    Bluetooth is just way to laggy unfortunately. Shame it sounds so great

    Got a set of the SWA9500 rear speakers for mine. Very good so far, though they are a lot chunkier than I was expecting (especially with how slim the soundbar is). Very short power leads too.

    It does make a very nice 5.1.4 setup though. And the wife is happy as what few wires there are are hidden out of sight. (edited)
