sorted byI have checked my order in eBay and it still hasn't been dispatched, even though it says it was estimating the delivery to be today or tomorrow and the email I got saying that it would be delivered by Royal Mail 24 said:

We will send you another message with your tracking details and VAT invoice when your goods are shipped.
I have not had any emails after that one that I got on the 24th.
I put an order in when they restocked and almost a week later received an email advising that my order had been cancelled, with no rhyme or reason. The issue being is that they haven't cancelled and refunded via the Ebay transaction.
I sent them a message but didn't receive the courtesy of a response of which I've been left little choice but to open a Paypal dispute.

I disabled the 2.4gHZ and 5gHZ channels in my router and used the WiFi from the Deco's. I replicated the WiFi address of my router in my Deco's so I didn't have to change any of the settings in my phones, laptops, tablets, etc.
