Virgin Mobile is still operational. But in the coming weeks everyone is being migrated over to o2 as well and they are finally closing the Virgin Mobile brand altogether.

You get gift card if u don't cancel within 60 days.
From the T&C's:
"Customers who cancel their order, cancel their contract or do not commence their contract within 60 days of purchase will not be eligible for a reward voucher."
TCB currently doing 12GB for £7 with £12.75 back, so this deal looks a little better if you stay for 90 days or more.
