Great price drop if you're looking for one of these and it's the right size for your TV!

Requires a Hue Bridge and Hue Sync box for the full experience to match colours to the TV HDMI picture input, alternatively you can get a (pricey) Hue Sync app on some newer Samsung TVs, or use the free PC/Mac app if you're driving your TV from a computer.

Can also be controlled like a regular gradient lightstrip and coming out at 304cm in length, would be cheaper right now than buying the normal 2m gradient lightstrip + 1m extension.

RRP £209.99 and next best prices I can find are £183.99 at Currys/John Lewis.

Will this work on a 65" TV or will it sync incorrectly?

Good price for this. Find it works better than the play bar lights.

Just got mine delivered- looked second hand, parts missing. Not happy. Can’t even get it replaced as not shown on their system as delivered, even though it shows on the app as delivered. (edited)

So after getting off the chat noticed my app said delivered. So rang their customer service- she could see it had been delivered but then said couldn’t do a replacement because there was none left in stock, need to go to a shop. After put phone down checked app and of course I could order one for delivery. So rang again, this person said I could have a replacement because the collection date was fixed to yesterday (the day before it was delivered!) So agreed to a refund and ordered again. Last luck in the teeth - they haven’t refunded the postage. Incredible

Argos gave me the wrong item. It was the 2m outdoors light strip. Not the hue gradient for the tv. Wouldn’t take it back because i didn’t have the receipt on me, only the FT number text. Huge pain.

I am curious can this be used on my pc screen?

Yes. I understand that that you can use this on a pc without the sync box but I have not tried it. I believe you do need a bridge tho
