Had a similar model for a few years, after having had even cheaper machines, and pod machines before. It's good, but the milk section needs to go in the fridge if containing milk, and regular cleaning, can be annoying to get into the corners to clean it. Honestly after the novelty wore off I would prefer to have a seperate milk frother because it's much easier to clean a jug and a wand than this.

the coffee it pours is nice enough, but you won't get that really thick, velvety coffee that you can expect from a pricier machine. I've had coffee from a higher pressure Sage machine and it is much thicker and fuller than this can make, but it's still better than pods, filter, french press, or instant.

You absolutely cannot make the coffee art latté shown in the third preview pic with this either.

Had one for about 3 years, used twice a day at least. Seems good to me, but I'm in no way a coffee expert! Simple to use and coffee tastes good. Tend not to use the milk frother much but it works fine when I have used it.

So. Many advice if anyone cares is, the milk containers (I have one on my Delonghi) are great but…they don’t completely seal and need to be refrigerated. If I fill mine to the full level unless you use it In a day it starts to turn. Also if you have smelly food in the fridge it can turn a bit smelly.

I get around this by only using enough milk to make 1/2 coffees then clean. The milk stays fresh in the bottle.
