    These are decent although I'd heavily dispute that one block = 4 cloves. Closer to 1 1/2

    I use these (and the Garlic/Ginger one) all the time when making up BIR style curries. When I saw them reduced, I thought perhaps they are phasing them out

    Just buy some garlic bulbs, peel then freeze, job done. Or go one step further, crush and put in an ice tray, freeze the pop out into a freezer bag. Done.

    Too mushy for me personally.

    Might work adding to saucy dishes on the stove butt absolutely useless for stir frys and anything like that.

    Good value if you can find a use for them though.

    I find freezing Garlic and Ginger yes they go mushy even the self prepared stuff so I just think its inherent of the vegetable / fruit / pulse / root what is Garlic anyone ?
