    Yes absolutely. The suction cup is very sticky on its own even without suction. Can almost hold its own weight just with the stickiness. Then once you flip the switch to apply the suction it is not going anywhere.

    I concur. Quality holder. Mine I am not sure if it is precisely the same model but I can attest that it is robust, stays perfectly in position and the sucker doesn't fall off of the windshield
