sorted byYou can't do Wifi Call, I had lots of problems sending text to people, some they never received my texts, WhatApp calls were all time breaking.
Call customer service several times to resolve the problem and never happen.
- Wifi calling doesn't work for many people. I have an iPhone and for me and plenty of others, it just not turn on.
- They have close to 0 customer service. If your Wifi calling won't turn on, you are on your own.
- For me at least near London, the signal is much much worse than O2. It could be the exact same as Vodafone but that is still poor then. Especially annoying when Wifi calls dont work
I'll be leaving them after less than a month.
Customer service is no worse than with other networks.

Moral of the story is: don't listen to others. Give it a try and judge for yourself.
Why is that?
And can you activate the sim in like a month? (edited)
With previous Sims it always states for example
"Your plan is charged at £(discounted price) for the next 2 months. From 30 April 2023, standard price of £6.90/month will apply"
This time there is no explanation like this.
Previous offers look like this, it doesn't seem right to me.
