    Terrible data speeds and terrible signal coverage. Even after doing postcode checks for various locations I visit regular the signal is shocking...Only saving grace on WiFi calling

    Well, I moved from smarty to Lyca, and it's definitely worse.. so many times it shows signal but fails on data completely.. I'm not talking slow, like nonexistent

    Isn’t this deal normally just £7 a month? So why would I want to pay £8 after the initial deal is over? Can you cancel then take the £7 deal out?

    Checked their coverage map for all the places I go on holiday and all had good network. Made the switch and sorry I did so.
    Terrible coverage. Phone shows full. 4g signal, yet no Internet connection.
    Came on here looking for a new Sim deal, saw this thread and thought best to flag these guys.

    Doesn't matter how many times you tell people this they still think these deals are great. No point in some £3 mega bargain if you can't use it .

    I got the 50GB deal last month and I am leaving them now. I have no reception problem, I live in London inner area. I visited Brighton , Nottingham, Bath, Cardiff last month the story is always same. No reception issue at all however bandwidth is so small you feel like you live in 2005. Sometimes i could not even use the google maps. 4 bars , 4G+ you cannot use your internet. I had many different providers before never had this issue. I just regret. I constantly asked other peoples phone to access internet. I am conned and you are all warned!!!.

    Ordered. Coverage looks decent in my area and it was alright a few years ago when I used ID mobile. Actually looking forward to using WiFi calling again!

    I had it for a month. Went back to Lebara, wasn't looking back. Wifi calls wouldn't connect most of the time, signal very very patchy, no free minutes to Europe.

    Had O2 for years, but their signal across UK decrease recently! Travel a lot, and I couldn’t use my apps to listen music when travelling around country roads! O2 is best in Spain (Telefonica) for Roaming, you will get data mobile literally everywhere with the best speeds!

    And now lets go back to Smarty, recently come back from Spain, used my Smarty SIM really impressed so far, I am a new customer and I can’t comment for signal around UK land! If you have already purchased and plan to buy one Smarty SIM and struggling with roaming abroad, check their FAQ is a topic there to update some settings in your phone, after that will work (in my case worked) !     Moved to Smarty from Tesco. Not had any issues with them. They even did free double data for a year without an effort on my part 30-60GB which is more than enough for my usage

    Just got an ID mobile SIM to see what Three is like, not the best signal, sometimes nonexistent internet speed Wish they sorted themselves out, I live in quite a big city. Am switching from EE, sadly it won't be to Three or their Smarty or ID mobile sims. (edited)

    Very poor speeds in North and Central London. Postcode check means nothing- shows solid 4G inside and out, in reality- 4mbps. Just waiting for a decent deal to switch

    Left them to Lyca, same data for £2.99. To retain more customers they should offer 6 months deal.
