I wound NOT trust this company. Just checked their website, and there is no physical address, but there is phone number. Called the number and it says "Hi, welcome to Virgin Media Credit Cards". Good luck!

I don't know if it's been mentioned before, but Dr John Campbell on YouTube has some interesting videos on studies of Vitamin D3, amongst other things.
Worth checking out for those that are interested.

Just to give you an idea of the true figures, which go against the NHS recommendations.

National Institutes of Health-approved studies found that 30 minutes of midday summer sun exposure in Oslo, Norway, was equivalent to consuming 10,000-20,000 IU of vitamin D.

Which means that NHS recommendation is not relevant.
Is better to check yours vit d3 levels first and then start taking it.

If you have low level of vit d3 most ppl do have deficit, taking 2000IU which is recommended will never boost up your levels.
Yes I writing from my experience I'm checking my levels regularly.

So, I had my vitamin D level tested recently. Parents are both doctors who suggested I get a test. Level came out very low, well below the low acceptable threshold. Started taking supplements and it made a huge difference.

If you are feeling tired constantly, I'd suggest asking your GP for a test. Don't do it yourself with a home kit.

Is making a huge difference, my tiredness is gone as well. Do you remember your exact level?

Interesting fact most vitamin D for supplements comes from sheep pelts.

Bought 5 bottles that arrived today. Sent them straight back as had expiry date of October 23 giving only 4 months to use them in. So be aware if you intend to bulk buy that you may get very short expiry dates as I did.
