Everyone I know, including me, who's had one of these has had battery issues and had to have it replaced or refunded. I went through 3 before I gave up and Amazon refunded me. It's by no means a bad watch, but the battery is an issue

Unfortunately, it is still using Wear OS 2, but there's a 3 Beta available.

You need Wear OS 3 if you want to install WhatsApp. (edited)

Are these OTA only? or is there a support download website where these are available?

Charging issues with one of mine. I'll have to keep an eye on it in the coming days and if it continues return for a refund as I doubt Amazon have stock now to replace

Me too, bought one opened not used on eBay for £220 and sold it after 3 weeks as strap was uncomfortable. Regret selling it now cus the watch itself was brilliant. Should have bought a different strap 😔

For some reason that I can't work out, when I bought it, they knocked off £155.... £91.03. Doesn't say it's using any sort of voucher I'd forgot about? If aanyone else gets it that price please post and I'll update the info. (edited)

I decided to buy one with voucher anyways.

Last 2 I bought were Sony SW3 for £79.99 going back a few years now when they were selling off cheap. (edited)

Same, can always retrurn it should it not work. Also done a bit more digging and from what I can find out it's referring to using the e-sim in the watch, so enabling answering calls (only using the watch) etc I presume. I hope I'm right, that wouldn't be a deal breaker, and on google I saw way to do it by buying a pre paid vodafone sime, then changing carriers after, can't find it now though! (edited)

Has your amazon order got a serial number listed for the watch in your account?

If so is it matching the serial number on the box of the watch?

edit 19.49pm - what a silly setup amazon have for this

Said I needed OTP at door but no password was given in either email or in track package in account.

I bought 2 one of which I placed on 5 monthly payments the other I paid outright.

Both listed in account with what amazon claims are serial numbers, you're having a laugh amazon those are not serial numbers at 29 digits in length and do not match either of the 13 digit serial numbers on the 2 boxes.

They sent both orders in 1 box so there is no way of knowing which was paid for outright and which was on 5 payments as the last thing i need is to have to return on in RMA for Amazon to tell me It's the wrong one for order number.

Amazon CS staff via a phone call was utterly useless and couldn't understand the simplicity of what she was being told and because she couldn't understand she decided eventually to just hang up when I tried to explain it to her calmly again for about the twentieth time.

Anyway I figured out what the hell is going on if anyone else ordered 2 and they are in same boat on the outer of the box cellophane there is qr splodge and if you get the scan with transparency app from play store - play.google.com/sto…=gb and you scan the qr it will take you to a page and show what amazon claim to be the serial number on your account. I ordered for Amazon locker pickup, so no need for an OTP. My order does have a serial number listed.
