I'm finding him more cringey lately and trying too hard to be funny with all the jokes. I guess that's his style of presenting but I'm finding his videos get annoying quite quickly.
I suspect this is down to Google squeezing the creators and constantly moving the goalposts. From what I can gather you now HAVE to post a vid every day, or your pay is cut Which would explain the dross all the top performers are pumping out now...

I've never been keen on his videos. I just stopped watching them. He probably isn't but he just comes across as a bit smug? Maybe it's just me mis-reading. (edited)
I couldn't put my finger on why I disliked his content and it's this.
I think his videos have turned a little recently too and become more 'soap opera'ish. Where it's less about tech but more about the entertainment...fine for some, but not for me.
Bland and cringe videos, offers no value to me though I feel the same about many of the larger "tech YouTube" channels.

A lot of these YouTubers have recently been weird, Sara Dietschy, MKBHD etc
I've never liked him, comes as across as a bit full of himself
He's a lovely guy in person tbf!
He has a soothing voice, however I don't care for the content. I mean I watched that "colab" he did with the other IT guy to build an addressable phone shelf and I thought to myself what really is the point? I do watch the odd video every now and then, however the latest ones are really stretching the "tech" side of things - I mean "replacing all my tech with equivalents from Wish.com" - isn't really all that appealing
