Lost, alone and separated from family, a stray cat must untangle an ancient mystery to escape a long-forgotten city.

Stray is a third-person cat adventure game set amidst the detailed, neon-lit alleys of a decaying cybercity and the murky environments of its seedy underbelly. Roam surroundings high and low, defend against unforeseen threats and solve the mysteries of this unwelcoming place inhabited by curious droids and dangerous creatures.

See the world through the eyes of a cat and interact with the environment in playful ways. Be stealthy, nimble, silly, and sometimes as annoying as possible with the strange inhabitants of this mysterious world.

Along the way, the cat befriends a small flying drone, known only as B-12. With the help of this newfound companion, the duo must find a way out.

Stray is developed by BlueTwelve Studio, a small team from the south of France mostly made up of cats and a handful of humans.

Bought this as it looked cool. Played it for 2 hours and stopped, hated it, not for me.

It's a decent little weekend or so game. I had fun. It's niche is mostly playing as a cat, if we’re playing as a human in the same game it would have been half as successful. (edited)

Ive been waiting for this to drop however im assuming the PC platform uses the xbox app which is pretty awful, I'll wait for a Steam price drop to this personally, thanks for posting though OP (edited)

It was released on Steam with the PS5 version last July, it's just the Xbox version that has just released. (edited)

You should be able to get a refund on steam if you have played less than 10 hours and don't like the game. There are YouTube videos where somebody tries to 100% complete resident evil games and still get a refund before the 10 hours.

Is this game a "Play Anywhere" game? (ie purchasing once will allow access on Xbox consoles as well as on PC from the Windows Store)

Was surprised the cdkeys listing states both Xbox and PC together. Doesn't seem to mention PC on the Xbox website listing.

I finished the game when it was free on PS5 only maybe a couple of weeks ago and really enjoyed it so considering purchasing on Xbox to reward the developers and playing through again exploring thoroughly. (edited)
