    Thanks.
Have ordered a pack before @egonspengler buys them all

I'm still trying to find somewhere that sells the superior version that's actually made in Indonesia, this is the version that's made in Serbia, not as good. You can easily tell the difference in both taste and packaging.

If anyone sees these noodles with a fried egg on the packaging grab them, they are the real deal, and then please tell me where you saw them.

All the packs I’ve got from the deal on the 1st of June when they were last on sale have a fried egg on them. I’ll attach a photo.

50824616-f6z3Y.jpgHad mine delivered today. They are the Indonesian ones if anyone is wondering
  4. yoyoken's avatar
Agreed with This s Serbian version which tastes nothing like the original "Made in Indonesia". If you are in London, can find the original version in Malaysian supermarkets also, one near Elephant & Castle station.

Mines just arrived, they the Indonesian ones (with egg but no 50th anniversary markings). However no gurantees for others but the other listing I bought direct (sold by Amazon) three times before were also Indonesian. (edited)

I've not done the subscribe and save option through Amazon before.. Is the norm to subscribe then cancel after the item is delivered, or are you charged the difference if you cancel?
    deleted1339661's avatar

You can subscribe and cancel the subscription immediately after ordering and still recieve the discounted price.

nissin noodles much better although way more
    cowtc's avatar
Nissin are usually soup style so you eat it in a broth. Mi goreng is dry so you drain the water and then mix in the seasoning. So they are pretty different products depending what you fancy

Can anyone who orders these confirm they get the ones with fried egg picture on the packet (ie made in Indonesia)? (edited)
    b1g1an's avatar
Ditto, just received mine and they are most definitely the real deal. Ignore those who think they know better.
  10. Hotshot_147's avatar
Thanks I've just the delivery and can confirm it's the egg version.

The instant noodles from Korean brands are far superior to the stuff we get in supermarkets here. Once you switch, no going back.

These indomie and nongshim spicy are some of the only instant noodles I actually enjoy. I still can't manage the buldak chicken though - it's so hot my body just screams "poison" and it's more of a food challenge than a hot dish 🔥🔥🔥

Shows as £14.33 standard price and £12.18 with S&S for me ?

Add the 10% voucher tick box.

Ordered thanks! They shot up in price for a while but these are delicious with poached eggs
  16. Doyl's avatar
Tempting but never finished the box I got last time that looked the same as the one we all love but tasted worse and had different packets inside.
    K0YS's avatar
Yeh that's the problem with the new ones. The OG imported ones were far better
  17. xzinkx's avatar
I can't get this £9.31 even after applying the voucher?

Any instant ramen or noodles without msg?
    HelloMynameIsMatthew's avatar
    Why without MSG?
  21. deals1997's avatar
    Thanks!
  22. stressedman's avatar
all the indomie flavours i've tried have given me an upset stomach! only brand that can do it so consistently!

*prefer the korean brands but they tend to cost a lot more - and nissin, i think they tend to be made in singapore though, not actually from japan
  23. matt_james27's avatar
i did wonder why the ones I got from amazon didn't taste as good as the asda one (with fried egg), still have 30 or so packs to get through
    HelloMynameIsMatthew's avatar
Was your "Sold by Amazon" or just dispatched by them?
  24. K0YS's avatar
I'm still on the search for the OG Hot and Spicy flavour.
The new version packaging doesn't have the 2 chilis in the centre of the packaging and taste nothing like the original spicy one.
Used to be 40p I asda but now always out of stock. (edited)

If you are looking for the original Indonesian version, you can also order on facebook from TOKO POPINDO. It’s an Indonesian food shop and they usually have a bunch of other Indonesian only varieties like Indomie fried noodle rendang taste, or soto ayam soup.
Mind, I bought some of these in Indonesia
