would these work with a standard old school fan controller?
The thing is these have 2 cables, one for the fan controller and another for the ARGB/RGB port on the mobo to control the lights.
Seen them on offer a while back good price, problem is they won’t mix with LL and ML fans

One day you will :P- Scan have been a good supplier of decent electronic deals for me for some time. But, they now block me because they use Cloudflare and I get blocked - "This website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks." Translation = you use a VPN and take other measures like block tracking cookies that impede our access to your data and online behaviour. Which is true, but I do things like that to protect myself for security and privacy reasons.
Lots of websites that want to sell products use very intrusive methods to track their customers, I won't let them put their cr&p on my devices and they don't trust me. Stalemate in the security war between businesses and theircustomersprey!

Never hurts to keep a couple of spares about- I'm quite glad they are not PWM as that would have made me buy them.

Ordered 4, as a couple of pre-built bought around Christmas from AWD-IT are already having their fans fail and CBA RMAing them all. Good catch OP. They're currently pre-order though, so let's see how Scam mess up my order this time...
What a Scam from Scan! I got an email saying they could not send my order, and did I want a refund or just the 2 fans and no controller? Why take orders for more stock than you have?Same. Apparently manufacturers discontinued it. Yeah right….

thanks bought two- I thought the node was like a fan controller, was going to pick a few up but you still have to find somewhere else to plug fans into whether it be controller or motherboard, that and not PWM saved me a bit of cash.
- I put an order in when it said "pre-order" but seems there's no more stock incoming. I've been offered the two fans standalone without the controller but that's no good to me unfortunately.
