I'll give you some heat as the price isn't bad at all for this kit.

Personally, I bought this kit a few months ago when it was on offer at around ~£11: (HOHONE Epoxy Resin Kits for Beginners, 2 Part 17.6oz/500ml Crystal Clear Resin Accessories with Resin Pigment, Glitter, Dried Flowers, Gold Leaf, Epoxy Resin Starter Kit for Jewellery Making, Craft : Amazon.co.uk: Home & Kitchen ). If you are buying resin itself, £20/litre is good for small amounts (I think the most cost effective i saw was £140 for 8L total but that's quite an investment).

Having gotten properly into the deep, dark world of DND dice making I cannot recommend enough the YouTube Channel, Steve MacDonald Arts and Crafts. He gives really solid tips on resin for beginners and advanced users (pouring, stirring, mould cleaning, mould care, storage, ventilation, personal H&S etc.) but really importantly, he links really useful equipment to get hold off it you intend to do lots of resin projects! I think that you would need to add some other things, like release and wetting agent and the quantity looks about right for having a few attempts at making things - I haven't seen this combination for less, so it could be a good buy. You do get economy of scale if you want larger amounts, of course. Heat added.

Of course you want to avoid crawling, cratering and fish eyes. Not often you get offered a product that promises to eliminate them...

You're right about "economy of scale" bought this a while back to see how easy it would be to do my kitchen worktops, before buying bulk.

Would this work for a repair on a bathtub? Door swung open and broke part of the outer edge of the bath

That looks great, Krzysiek! Do you have any particular advice on how to achieve this effect?

I've been tasked with making some resin pebbles with interesting bits of wood inside (wife wants me to make them for the kids). Can anyone recommend some suitable moulds for this please? Should I be looking at silicone? Thanks

If using epoxy resin, definitely silicon moulds as they are easy to clean and reusable. You could go for something like this: THE TWIDDLERS - Silicone Moulds Epoxy Resin Kit - 6 Different Shapes for DIY Moulding Soap Candle Making - Easy to Pop Mould : Amazon.co.uk: Home & Kitchen

I'd advise searching for "resin silicon moulds" on Amazon or Etsy and take a look what's best for you. If you intend to do a lot of them, I'd advise maybe some silicon release spray as well (normally £6-7 and will help preserve your moulds and help in demoulding).
