    So...for anyone considering this.

    Don't.

    Seriously. Don't buy it.

    It's not that the game is bad, the game is excellent and the downloadable content (natural disasters etc, secret societies etc) can be a lot of fun.

    Just simply do not do it to yourself.

    It starts with a single click at 6pm and then you are logging into work at 9am the next day, no sleep thinking "just one more click".

    Get yourself a meth addiction. Or gamble. Anything that is less destructive than Civ.

    Yep, I have owned it for years but only thought to try it on the Steam Deck yesterday.

    Intended just to start it up and see how it run for later use when my PC gets highjacked. Ended up playing it for 4 hours lol.
