There seem to be some pretty decently priced items - the prices don't scream scam. However the website is built on WordPress so it makes me very suspicious.
The address does look like a normal domestic house and the phone numbers not right, I did see the discount code is TEMU and Chinese based website
Let me think about that?

The "About Us" section of a website is a good place to look if it is a scam. Scammers often don't bother to update it and instead use default text that is in the template.
So find a sentence in the "About Us" text and search on it (put quotes round the text) and see how many hits you get.
For example I did a search on the text "We’ve been serving customers some of the best deals and discounted fashion online since 2007"
And I got dozens and dozens of hits, all scam sites.
And the email address at the end of the About Us is the wrong company name
It says
"Need help with something? Email us at admin@thestoiconline.com or call us at 6am – 8pm PT."
You don't have to go that far on this one. The website name is enough & then you have the telephone number etc etc etc
The name of the website just gives it away without any further looking,
You advice is spot on for other more advanced scams though.
A store that's supposedly been trading online since 2007 but only buys a 3 month https certificate....

The internet is moving towards shorter lived certs in general for many reasons. This is absolutely not a valid reason.
The Shipping & Returns section is always a good clue too. This one says you can't return perishable goods nor hazardous materials...........
